1. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 90 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please make sure it meets the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
The item should be in its original packaging.
Sale items or items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Sale@populargoodtrends.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item(s). Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note:

Processing Time: After receiving the return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your refund. Your payment provider may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Refund Amount: Your refund will cover the total price of the item(s) purchased. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like to exchange it for.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Sale@populargoodtrends.com. We will provide you with a return label and issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

5. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside of Hong Kong, please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

6. Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

Items marked as final sale.
Intimate items such as underwear or swimwear (if applicable).
Items damaged due to misuse or wear.
